1. Booking & Check-In
- Guests must present valid government ID at check-in.
- Check-in: 10:00 AM | Check-out: 9:00 AM (next day).
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Room Categories
- We offer Classic, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, and Couple Rooms.
- Room allocation is based on availability and category booked.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in: 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in: 50% refund.
- No-show: No refund.
- Once refund is approve amount will be credit in 5-7 Working Days
4. Guest Conduct
- Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms.
- Outside food and alcohol may be restricted.
- Management reserves the right to deny service for inappropriate behavior or violation of rules.
5. Liability
- Hotel Surya Padma is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please use in-room lockers.
- Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to property.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website.
